New

Overlay

If your existing asphalt is structurally sound with no areas of failure, an asphalt overlay may be your best option. The old asphalt becomes the base and the life of the asphalt is extended by 5-7 years.

Fabric Overlay

If your pavement needs more than an overlay but does not require a total replacement, a fabric overlay may be just what you need. Here, we place a layer of geotextile material between the old and new pavement, essentially creating another layer to keep water out of the base. Cracks are minimized and the life of your surface is extended, all for about a 1/3 more of what a normal asphalt overlay costs.

Replacement

If your asphalt is crumbling and covered in what looks like alligator skin, it’s time to take out the old pavement and replace it with brand new asphalt. We will take the time to investigate why it failed, and often slight grading and drainage issues can be corrected through this process.
